How to register – for new Users

For difficulty using the APS web site or Coaching Assistance, please call toll-free 855-2RISEUP (855-274-7387) or view this tutorial:   RiseUP tutorial video – Help Getting Started (1:16 min.)
  1. Go to the Reasons2RiseUp Sign-in page.
  2. For 1st time users, select “Create an Account.”
  3. Account Information:
    1. Create a User Name (Note: Your choice. You’ll use this User Name each time you log in.)
    2. Create a Password (Note: 8 or more characters, at least one number and one letter.)
  4. Member Information:
    1. Enter First Name
    2. Enter Last Name
    3. Enter Date of Birth (Use mm/dd/yyyy format)
    4. Enter Employee ID (Note: Eligible spouses and dependents must use the primary insurance holders’ Employee ID)
    5. Enter Group ID: riseup (not case sensitive)
  5. Challenge Questions:
    1. Please choose 3 security questions from the drop-down menu.
    2. Create an easy to remember answer for each question.
  6. Select “Create Account.”
  7. Once your account has successfully been created, click “Continue.”
  8. Login with your newly created User Name and Password.
